Not sure what to say? Start with the basics.

You don’t need a full plan to reach out. A few details help Hope tell you quickly whether her team is a good fit.

Everything else, from feeding times to the quirks of your front door lock, gets covered at the free walkthrough and written into your care plan.

Your dates

When you leave and when you’re back, or the days you’d like regular visits or walks.

Your pets

How many, what kind, and anything special: a senior, a diabetic pet, a blind or deaf dog, a shy or feral cat.

The service

Overnights, drop-in visits, dog walks, or a mix. If you’re unsure, Hope will help you choose.

Your city

Hope works across eight north-metro and Boulder County cities, so she’ll confirm you’re in the area.

After you reach out

What happens next

There’s no call center and no app in between. You talk to Hope, and the person who cares for your pets is Hope or a sitter she trained herself.

Hope replies to you personally to talk through what your pets need and check her calendar.

Questions about getting in touch

Will I be talking to Hope herself?

Yes. Hope answers the phone, the texts and the emails. Visits and overnights are covered by Hope and her small team of sitters, all personally vetted and trained by her, and you’ll know who’s coming before every visit.

Is it better to call, text or email?

Whatever is easiest for you. A call or text works well for quick questions. Email or the form is good when you want to share more detail about your pets.

Does the walkthrough cost anything?

No. The walkthrough is free and there’s no obligation to book. Hope or one of her sitters meets your pets, learns your routine and gives you your exact rate.

Which areas does Hope serve?

Westminster, Broomfield, Arvada, Thornton, Superior, Louisville, Erie and Boulder. If you’re just outside these cities, ask and Hope will tell you honestly.

What should I include in my first message?

Your dates, your pets and any special needs, the service you’re thinking of, and your city. That’s enough to get started.
