Overnight pet sitting in Louisville, CO
Leaving Louisville for a few nights? Hope or a sitter from her small team moves into your routine so your pets never sleep in an empty house.

What changes when you’re gone overnight
A Louisville workday can be covered with a walk at noon. A conference in another state, a ski week or a holiday with relatives can’t.
Once a trip runs past one night, the gaps get long. Evenings stretch, mornings start early, and the house goes quiet in a way your pets notice. Having a sitter stay over closes those gaps, whether you live a few blocks off Main Street or out by Davidson Mesa.
The dog who waits by the door
Some dogs watch the entry all evening when their people don’t come home. Company at night takes the edge off that waiting.
Cats who hide from visitors
A shy cat may not show itself during a short check-in. Over a few nights at home with a sitter, most come out to eat and be seen.
An older pet you worry about
Seniors and pets with health problems are better watched through the night than checked on twice a day. Your sitter notices changes and tells you about them.
A house that looks empty
Porch packages, a stuffed mailbox and dark windows all say nobody is home. Your sitter handles mail, packages, plants, lights and trash during every stay.
Families on trusting Hope with nights away
Our family loves taking week-long vacations, but leaving our two dogs behind is never easy… Hope took exceptional care of both of our dogs.
She gave us complete peace of mind by sending regular updates, photos, and messages letting us know how everything was going.
How a stay with Hope’s team runs
The plan you agree on at the walkthrough decides every step, from the first night to the drive home.
Meet
Hope or one of the sitters she trained comes to your Louisville home before you book, gets to know each pet and notes the door codes, thermostat and food bins.
Write it down
Feeding amounts, medication schedules, the evening route, your vet and the after-hours hospital go into one written plan.
Settle in
Your sitter sleeps at your house each night, and you know who it is ahead of time. You hear from them at least once a day with a photo, and twice a day on a first stay.
Close up
Before you’re back your sitter cleans what they used, strips the bed and walks through with a camera so you see the house as it was left.

Louisville overnight questions
Does Hope cover my part of Louisville for overnights?
Yes. Overnights are available anywhere in Louisville, from Old Town to Steel Ranch and Coal Creek Ranch. You’ll know before each stay which sitter is coming, and you can ask for the same one as last time.
How much is an overnight in Louisville?
One dog is $120 a night. As a new client, you pay $100 a night for every night of your first stay. For cats, extra dogs or added care, the house sitting cost calculator gives an estimate, and Hope confirms the rate at the walkthrough.
Can my cat stay home alone while the sitter cares for the dog?
Your cat is part of the stay. Feeding, fresh water and the litter box go into the same plan, and shy or feral cats get as much space as they need.
What happens if my pet needs a vet at night?
Hope calls you first. Your regular vet comes first when they’re open. After hours, the plan names Colorado Animal Specialty & Emergency in Boulder, which is open 24 hours a day.
When should I book a holiday overnight?
Get in touch as soon as your travel dates are set. Holiday weeks and school breaks fill first, so a few weeks of notice helps.
